Troubleshooting Issues with ctcLink

 

Account Activation Prerequisites 

Troubleshoot Activation

  • Phone Number Format
    • Ensure your phone number is numeric-only (no symbols or spaces), including the area code (exclude country code).
  • Error Resolution
    •  If encountering errors during password setup, verify that the password excludes personal details such as names or dates of birth.
    • Ensure that the password meets the minimum requirements listed on the screen.

Troubleshoot Login

  • Is the correct page being used to log in? 
    • ctcLink is accessed through single-sign-on for most students. To access this function, simply log into my.spcc.edu with your ClipperID (SPSCC email address) and then select "ctcLink" from the Quick Links list 
    • For most faculty, please ensure the correct login link is selected: ctcLink Login Page
  • Is the ctcLinkID number being utilized as the user name? 
  • Is the correct password for ctcLink being entered? 
  • ctcLink can experience issues depending on the internet browser used. 
    • Please try an alternate browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge).
  • Are ctcLink windows not "popping up" in the browser?
  • Some ctcLink issues can be resolved by clearing the Browser cache and cookies.
