Request an Email Quarantine Release
Email that has been flagged as suspicious by Microsoft 365 will automatically be sent to quarantine. Suspicious emails include impersonation attempts and high probability spam and phishing attempts.
If an email sent to you has been sent to quarantine, you will receive an automated email from "SPSCC Helpdesk" informing you about the quarantined message.


You can choose to take the following actions on quarantined email:
- Review the contents of message
- Block the sender of the quarantined message
- Request a release of the message from quarantine
IT Services will be notified if you request a release of an email in quarantine. If the email has been quarantined by mistake IT Services can release the email to your inbox.
