Verify or Update My Vaccination Status

SPSCC is a fully-vaccinated campus. All employees and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or properly exempted from vaccination for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs.

You'll be asked to complete an attestation and then upload a document or image (ie. JPEG, PNG, PDF) of your:

  • CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card; or
  • WA State Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination; or
  • WA State Immunization Information System Printout.

How to submit your vaccination attestation:

  1. Login with your ctcLinkID and password by going to the SPSCC homepage. Select Menu which will open a list of options. Below the main list, select ctcLink. You can also access it directly if you login at https://gateway.ctclink.us.

  2. Choose Immunization Attestation tile.

     
  3. Complete the form and submit



     
  4. If you have already submitted your vaccination documentation in previous quarters, nothing needs to be done beyond this point.
