Submit or Withdraw my Consent to Receive Electronic W-2/W2-c Forms
To perform this HR-related task, you must first Navigate to the HCM Self Services Homepages.
W-2/W-2c Electronic Consent
Navigation: Employee Self Service (Homepage) > Payroll (Tile)
- The Payroll page displays.
- Select the W-2/W-2c grid box.
- Select the W-2/W-2c Consent link.
- The W-2/W-2c Consent page displays.
- If your current status is listed as receiving paper forms by mail and you want to receive your W-2/W-2c electronically, read the text box information.
- Select the check box to indicate your consent.
- Select the Submit button.
- A Verify Identity pagelet displays.
- To verify your identity, enter your password and select Continue.
- The W-2/W-2c Consent Form page displays with updated information.
Withdraw Consent
Navigation: Employee Self Service (Homepage) > Payroll (Tile)
- The W-2/W-2c Consent page displays.
- If your current status is to receive these forms electronically, and you want to receive your W-2/W-2c in paper form, read the text box information.
- Select the check box to indicate your withdrawal for electronic W-2 and W2c forms.
- Select Submit.
- The Verify Identity pagelet displays.
- To verify your identity, enter your password and select Continue.
- The W-2/W-2c Consent Form is now updated to confirm you will receive paper forms by mail.
- The process to review and update the W-2/W-2c electronic consent form is now complete.
- End of procedure.
