Check my Teams Phone Voice Mail

1. Open Microsoft Teams and click the Calls app from your sidebar.
2. Select the Voicemail tab to view your messages.
3. Click a voicemail to play it. Use playback controls to pause or adjust volume.
4. To return a call, click Call back next to the voicemail.
5. Use options to delete or mark messages as read.

Pro Tip

You can also manage voicemail settings under Settings > Calls for greetings and notifications.

Your voice mails will also be sent to your email (both as an audio attachment and transcript). If you delete those messages, the voice mail will also be deleted from teams.
