Recover my ctcLink ID?
After you have activated your ctcLink account and you have an active ClipperID, you can find your ctcLink ID Number by logging directly into Find My Number with your ClipperID.
From this application you will be shown both your ctcLink ID and your Legacy Student Identification Number (SID) if you were a student before the switch to ctcLink in 2022.
If you do not know your ClipperID and/or need assistance logging into the account to view your number, contact the IT Help Desk (information listed at the bottom of this page) and they can help recover your ClipperID.
Please note that IT can only provide your ctcLinkID after confirming your identity with photo ID. This can be accomplished in two ways:
- Visit the IT Help Desk in building 22, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
- Call IT and join them over Zoom to show your ID. This will require a device with a functional camera to complete (cell phone, laptop or PC web cam)
