Access my Voicemail (Set up and Check)

Access voicemail ON campus

  • Press the speaker button on your phone
  • Press the # button and the system will prompt you to enter your extension
  • Press the # button again
  • The system will prompt you to enter your extension number
  • The system will now prompt you to enter your password Temporary Password is 1234
  • The system will require you to enter a new password followed by the #
  • The system will then prompt you to enter your name
  • After recording your name you can press 7 then 1 to record your greeting.

Access voicemail OFF campus

  • Dial (360) 596-5555 to access the SPSCC voice mail system
  • The system will prompt you to enter your extension
  • Press the # button again
  • The system will prompt you to enter your extension number
  • The system will now prompt you to enter your password Temporary Password is 1234
  • The system will require you to enter a new password followed by the #
  • The system will then prompt you to enter your name
  • After recording your name you can press 7 then 1 to record your greeting.
