View Student Information
To view student information the starting point will always be through the Advisor Center tile on your ctcLink homepage:

From the Advisor Center tile you will be accessing specific Student Services Center information.
How to View Milestones:
- Click on “Advisor Center” tile
- Click on “Student Center” option on the left-hand side of the screen
- Enter student’s ctcLink ID number in the “Empl ID” field
- If the student is enrolled for the current quarter their full class schedule will show. Note: This screen ONLY shows the current quarter
- Student personal contact information shows next as you scroll down
- Milestones show on the right-hand side of the screen, depending on the amount of other information for the specific student you are looking at, you may need to scroll down to see the Milestones box.
- You have permissions to see the ENGLISH and MATH Milestones.
How to View GPA:
- GPA
- Click on “Advisor Center” tile
- Click on “Academics” option on left hand side of the screen
- Enter student’s ctcLink ID number in the “Empl ID” field
- Click on “Advisor Center” tile
- This page will give you a general overview of the student’s educational history
- It will also show their current quarter schedule and grades (if posted)
- Scroll to the bottom of this page to view the student’s current GPA information
How to View an Unofficial Transcript
- Unofficial Transcript
- Click on “Advisor Center” tile
- Click on “Student Center” option on the left-hand side of the screen
- Enter student’s ctcLink ID number in the “Empl ID” field
- Under the “Academics” sub-section click on the drop-down box labeled “Other Academic Information”
- Click on “Advisor Center” tile

- From this drop-down menu choose “Transcript: View Unofficial” and click on the tiny arrow to the right of the box

- On the next page, be sure the Academic Institution is set to “South Puget Sound Community College”, and the Report Type is set to “Unofficial Transcript”
*NOTE: if any other values are entered in these fields you will not receive a result
- Click “View Report”
