Offboard an Employee

When an employee leaves the College, supervisor does not need to submit an IT Work Ticket.  Supervisors should make sure to send an e-mail to employeecheckout@spscc.edu with the employee name and separation date which notifies departments of the upcoming employee separation.  IT Services will create an IT off-boarding work from that e-mail and will reach out to the supervisor to coordinate all IT needs including:

  • Phone and e-mail routing changes
  • Hardware assessment and re-inventory
  • Computer backups or hardware re-image needs
  • ctcLink permissions and workflow changes
  • Fileshare permission changes
