Activate your ctcLink Account

You will only have to do this one time. Make sure to save your ID and password at the end of the process so you can use it in the future when you sign in to ctcLink.

To start this process, go to https://myaccount.ctclink.us/

On the first screen, look below the ctcLink box and click on Activate Your Account

In the “Activate Your Account” screen, you will enter:

  1. Your first and last name.  Use the names legally recognized at SPSCC. 
  2. Your date of birth in the indicated format.
  3. Choose an ID type from the drop-down menu - your SID (Student ID Number) or your new ctcLinkID.

Make sure you choose the email account you are most likely to check.  Chose a security question and answer that will be easy for you to remember.  Make note of your password because you may need to sign into ctcLink on devices other than your own. Enter your phone number in the account recovery box for instances when you don’t have access to your email account.

After successfully completing the form, a pop-up window will appear that contains your new ctcLink ID. Write this down and save it for future use.

Congratulations! You are now ready to log into ctcLink.
