Activate my ClipperID
Before you can log into the my.spscc.edu website, you will need to activate your ClipperID account.
NOTE: Your ClipperID will appear on the screen during ClipperID activation. Take note of your ClipperID email as it will not be displayed at another point during your activation and will require assistance from the IT Help Desk to recover.
To activate your ClipperID:
- Navigate to https://spscc.edu/admissions/activate-accounts
- Fill in your name fields
- Enter your ctcLinkID number
- Enter your date of birth
- Select "Continue"
- Choose "Email" or "Phone" for your password recovery method
- Select "Continue"
- Open your chosen method (email or phone/text) and enter the six (6) digiet confirmation number
- Create a password for your ClipperID account. To create this password, follow the criteria displayed on the screen. Failure to follow this criteria could cause an error to appear.
If you encounter an error when activating your account, please attempt the following troubleshooting:
- Ensure your first and last name are the same as what was used on your application to the college
- There are no spaces after your name or ctcLinkID number - spaces will cause errors
- If your name is hyphenated or contains a space, that the correct punctuation is used
- That your password contains at least twelve (12) characters, the correct amount of numbers, symbols and letters, and does not contain your name or date of birth. Passwords that do not meet all criteria will not be accepted by the system.
