Activate my ClipperID
The ClipperID is your SPSCC campus login. It is also your SPSCC email address. This is how you will access all of your primary college services and applications including:
- Student email (Outlook)
- Navigate 360 (Advising, Student Services)
- Canvas (Class work)
- ctcLink (Registration, pay tuition, etc)
- Campus Computers
- Office 365 apps
To activate your ClipperID:
- Navigate to https://account.spscc.edu/activate
- Enter your First Name and Last Name
- Enter your ctcLinkID number (sent to you in an email from enrollment)
- Enter your date of birth
- Select "Continue"
- Choose "Email" or "Phone" for your password recovery method
- Select "Continue"
Open your chosen method (email or phone/text) and enter the six (6) digit confirmation number
STOP – You will be presented with your ClipperID (spscc email address). You will want to take a picture of this or write it down. You will need this!
- Create a password for your ClipperID account. To create this password, follow the criteria displayed on the screen. Failure to follow this criteria could cause an error to appear.
Select "Continue"
Your Clipper ID is now activated. The first time you log in, you will be required to setup your MFA (Multifactor Authentication). Find out how to do that here: https://support.spscc.edu/set-multifactor-authentication
If you encounter an error when activating your account, please attempt the following troubleshooting:
- Ensure your first and last name are the same as what was used on your application to the college
- There are no spaces after your name or ctcLinkID number - spaces will cause errors
- If your name is hyphenated or contains a space, that the correct punctuation is used
- That your password meets the character requirements, the correct amount of numbers, symbols and letters, and does not contain your name or date of birth. Passwords that do not meet all criteria will not be accepted by the system.
