Change my ClipperID Password and Update my Recovery Information
To change your ClipperID password when you already know your current one (i.e. when it is going to expire), you use our ClipperID Settings Tool.
The second part of the tool gives you a fairly standard password change form, with space for your "Old Password", and two fields for your desired "New Password". There is also a helpful list of password requirements.
Using the same tool, you can update your recovery email address and phone number. In each case, enter your recovery contact information in the correct box, and click the "Verify" button immediately below the box in question.
A code will be sent to the updated contact via email or SMS text message. Enter that code on the page that comes up to verify the new contact works.
